Living the Good Life Naturally provides clean, undiluted liquid magnesium chloride from the Zechstein Sea, with products designed to target specific health concerns such as muscle pain, stress, insomnia, and migraines.
Our Magnesium Body Spray is the same product as our Magnesium Soak, packaged in a spray applicator for ease of liberal application or travel.
USE: Spray magnesium liberally on the soft tissue parts of the body, think bottoms of feet, inner thighs (NOT near eyes or groin area), and inner arms (just down from the armpit; avoid freshly shaved skin), or wherever the muscle is sore.
Those with a low Magnesium RBC (Red Blood Cell Test) may experience a tingling sensation. Increasing your magnesium levels by soaking in magnesium can help this to go away. Traces of powdery white residue may appear. We recommend spraying the bottoms of your feet at night, before bedtime, and wearing clothing that can be easily washed.
